Oatmeal Cookie Protein Energy Bites

Oatmeal Cookie Protein Energy Bites

  • 1 cup quick cooking oatsOatmeal Cookie Protein Energy Bites
  • 1 scoop of Vega Vanilla Protein & Greens Powder
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey, maple syrup, or agave
  • 1 TBSP ground golden flaxseed
  • 1 TSP chia seeds
  • 1 TSP cinnamon
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • ¼ TSP allspice
  • ¼ TSP sea salt

Directions: Mix in a bowl. Roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week (as if they would last that long!)

PS- I count these as vegan because it’s simple and delicious to use agave or syrup in place of the honey!

Here are the ingredients I used! I love, love, love Vega brand proteins. It’s the only “supplement” I useOatmeal Cookie Protein Energy Bites. You really won’t find a better all-natural, vegan, dairy-free protein blend out there.
